Terms and Conditions
The Explore Sunniside competition is open to anyone except those who are directly employed by or related to employees of Sunniside Partnership or Sunderland arc.
The winning entry will be picked out of a hat at random on the 7th of December 2009. Entries made after the 6th of December won’t be counted.
The prize money can only be spent at shops located within the Sunniside area of Sunderland as defined by Sunniside Partnership and on entering the competition all participants agree to be accompanied on their shopping spree by a member of Sunniside Partnership. By entering, participants also agree to participating in press interviews and photos on the day of the shopping trip.
The day of the shopping trip will be a weekend before Christmas and will be announced on the same day as the winner is announced. The designated day is not negotiable.
